I think Dean wouldnt be the type to say that he wanted affection or comfort out loud. He’d probably be shifty and avoid eye contact before moving a little closer and brushing his hand against the other person to show that he wants touch. Cas would of course be completely blunt, because he see no wrong in need of attention, and just pull Dean close to his chest
